Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has landed in trouble after police responded to a domestic dispute at his Sunny Isles Beach condo involving his wife, Keeta Hill. According to a report obtained by local media officers were dispatched on April 7 following reports of an “assault in progress” during a heated altercation at the couple’s residence. And new reports have emerged which state that Keeta has filed for divorce shortly after the altercation.

The police report states that Hill allegedly threw a laptop and took his daughter toward the balcony during the argument. Keeta Hill and her mother, Alesia Vaccaro, who has been living with the couple since late 2024, both expressed concerns about Hill’s behaviour. Officers also found a visible bruise on Keeta’s chest, though she declined to provide a written statement.
Keeta has informed authorities that she is currently in the process of filing for divorce and said their arguments have escalated in recent months. Vaccaro told police she witnessed Hill become “very aggressive and impulsive” during the confrontation, which reportedly began when Keeta questioned his involvement in their daughter’s life. While no arrests were made, police documented Keeta’s injury and issued her a case card. The child appeared unharmed.
Keeta officially filed for divorce in Miami-Dade County Family Court, citing that the marriage was "irretrievably broken." Reports suggest that Keeta is seeking child support, spousal support, and exclusive use of their Miami residence. The Miami Dolphins released a statement post the incident.
“On Monday, we were informed that the police were called to Tyreek Hill’s home, and after conversations with Tyreek and members of his family, the police departed the residence without further incident and the case was closed," they said.
"We have since been in communication with Tyreek and the NFL and will have no further comment on the matter.”
Hill confirmed to officers that an argument had taken place after he returned home from training but denied any physical confrontation. He emphasized his parental rights, telling officers, “I have the same rights as a father as she does as a mother.”
