The many wrestling promotions are filled to the brim with talent just waiting to explore new horizons. Every other week we hear about wrestlers switching promotions in search of growth, glory or just as a simple result of frustration due to poor booking. However, more often than not, these switches occur because wrestlers fail to give their respective promotions a credible reason to renew their contracts .
