According to various studies, similar to men, women are also at risk of suffering from mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. The chances of mood disorders are influenced by a mix of hormonal changes, caregiving responsibilities, societal pressures, and multitasking demands.

Exercise daily, eat a nutritious diet, do journaling, spend some quality time with family and friends, get a sound sleep of a maximum of 8 hours, seek help from a counselor or join a support group, if need be. Moreover, learn to say no and delegate tasks. Women, follow these tips and try to stay calm and composed.
