Megha Sharma, who has been part show Pandya Stores has three inks on her body, and though she said that they were not inspired by anything specific, once she got one, she wanted to get another.
She said, “All three of my tattoos have a kind of spiritual or astrological significance to me. The first one, which is of an infinity with flying birds, also has a connection to the Bhagavad Gita. This was my first tattoo. Then, on the right hand, I have a daisy, which is my birth flower, and it represents innocence. I think it reflects my personality quite well.”
“On the left side, I have another tattoo of the sun, moon, and lavender. The sun represents my birth star, which is very important to me. The sun is my guiding star, my source of energy. The moon keeps me calm and balanced, while lavender symbolizes spreading happiness and fragrance. I believe in spreading happiness wherever I go, just like lavender spreads its fragrance,” she added.
But Megha never felt any pain while getting any tattoos. She shared, “The experience has always been great for me. I never cried or felt scared—it just felt like someone was drawing on my body, and I didn't feel any discomfort. Maybe because the areas I chose aren't very painful, getting tattoos was actually fun for me.”
She also mentioned that her tattoos give her confidence and enhance her personality. “People notice them and often ask about their meaning. Some people get tattoos just for the sake of it, but for me, each tattoo holds deep meaning. I don’t get tattoos without significance,” Megha ended.
