Kochi: The city in the Ernakulam district has been experiencing incessant rainfall for the past few days. In response, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert in Ernakulam on Monday for thunderstorms and lightning. The weather conditions are predicted to feature a partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers.Today's maximum temperature is expected to reach 32 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be 25 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity has been oscillating between 81 percent and 86 percent.

IMD Issues Yellow Alert Across KeralaThe weather forecasting department has issued a yellow alert across Kerala. Areas including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, and other regions have received a yellow alert for thunderstorms and lightning.
