In an interview on the Shawn Ryan Show on YouTube, Father Dan Reehil, the exorcist for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nashville, shared insights into the essential tools he uses in his fight against demonic entities. Known for his deeply rooted faith and a collection of rare religious relics, Father Reehil explained that certain items are particularly detested by demons, making them crucial for his work.Father Reehil, who often has a couple of bodyguards during exorcisms, described his primary weapon as the rosary, stating, “This is the weapon, the rosary… my number one weapon." However, listeners were surprised when he mentioned a unique relic he treasures most: a piece of the cross on which Christ was crucified. "I take a piece of the true cross that Christ died on," he revealed, noting he received the artifact over 20 years ago from a bishop in Rome. He added that such relics are now “almost impossible to get, unless you’re a bishop.”

Among his other sacred tools, Father Reehil uses holy water combined with exorcism salt, which he describes as “high octane” against dark forces. He explained, “The salt is like throwing burning oil on a demon. They can’t take it, it’s just pure pain.” When used with holy water, the mixture can cause possessed individuals to “scream as though they’re being burned.” His collection also includes an artifact from the Cave of St. Michael, further bolstering his defenses against evil entities. You may also like
