Horsford offers fast commuting times to the centre of Leeds, with just 29 minutes by car and 26 minutes by train.
Its average house price is £328,259, making it much more affordable than trendier areas like Roundhay (£435,245) and Bramhope (£537,503).
The town has 22 coffee shops, 65 bars and pubs, and 141 restaurants within five miles. It also has strong school ratings and a high quality of life, despite having a slightly higher crime rating than others on the list.
Coming in second is Rowley Regis in Birmingham, scoring 6.96 out of 10 and having an average house price of just £206,009. Sutton Coldfield took third place with a score of 6.39 out of 10 and properties at an average price of £394,443.
