is known for its literary history - the village was home to the Brontë sisters who produced several famous novels such as Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights.

After a video by Tik Tik user @amyloves.xo in which she described Haworth as "a perfect autumnal day out in October" went viral, many are flocking to the village to view just how special it is for themselves.

The village is currently decorated for autumn - and tourists who want to experience this atmosphere will need to head to Haworth before winter comes.

If you decide to take a trip, start off by visiting Main Street where there are a range of independent cafes, old fashioned sweet shops and other boutique stores. As you walk along the cobbled stress, you'll be able to see the rolling green hills which surround the area.

One shop in particular which has been drawing people to the area this autumn is the Cabinet of Curiosities. Its autumn decor makes it stand out, and it has an American-style display, which has been compared to the set of the hit show Gilmore Girls. It sells a variety of handmade soaps, candles and oils.

While you're in the area, you should also visit the Brontë Parsonage Museum, one of Haworth's most popular tourist attractions.

One visitor on Tripadvisor said: "We visited this great little museum in quaint Haworth. Wonderfully laid out original parsonage where the famous Brontë family lived. It cleverly takes you through the property and the story of the talented Brontë family, very informative, inspirational and also very sad. The staff are friendly and helpful. It really is worth a stop here if you are in the area."

You can also visit the and take a long walk into nature from the village. A particularly good spot to head for is the Brontë waterfall.

One visitor said on Tripadvisor: "Couldn't get enough of the views! We had a lovely day for the walk and made the most of our cameras. The waterfall was stunning and listening to the running waters at the river was so relaxing. My fiance found the place so special, she will never forget her time there."
