Saudi Arabia has sent a sixth relief plane to Lebanon, carrying essential food, medical supplies, and shelter materials. The humanitarian effort, organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, is part of a larger Saudi air bridge aimed at assisting the Lebanese people during their ongoing crisis.

This aid initiative is being carried out under the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The mission emphasizes Saudi Arabia's commitment to helping Lebanon navigate its challenging times by providing vital resources.

Meanwhile, the ongoing conflict in the Middle East remains a significant concern on the global stage. United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken held separate phone calls on Thursday with his Saudi and Qatari counterparts to discuss potential solutions to the crisis. Blinken spoke with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

The discussions focused on coordinated efforts to bring peace to the region, highlighting the importance of diplomatic engagement in resolving the escalating tensions.

The aircraft is loaded with vital supplies, including food, medical aid, and shelter materials, to provide much-needed assistance to the Lebanese population amid their ongoing crisis. This humanitarian mission is part of a broader initiative directed by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who have both expressed strong support for relief efforts in the region.

Saudi Arabia's assistance to Lebanon is aimed at easing the hardships faced by the people affected by the Israeli war in the country. This support reflects the Kingdom's dedication to upholding humanitarian values and its ongoing commitment to offering relief to those in need. The initiative not only helps to address the immediate needs of those suffering from the conflict but also underscores Saudi Arabia’s role as a key player in regional stability and humanitarian assistance.
