In the fourth T20I between India and Australia at Carrara, Gold Coast, Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav found himself on the wrong side of the toss once again, as Australian skipper Mitchell Marsh opted to bat after winning the toss. Australia has introduced four major changes to their lineup, primarily due to key players participating in the upcoming Ashes series.

Australia’s squad saw Travis Head replaced by Matthew Short, while Glenn Maxwell made his comeback after a three-month injury break. Maxwell was sidelined due to a broken hand sustained in the nets prior to the New Zealand series. Josh Phillips steps in for Mitchell Owen in the middle order, and Adam Zampa returns to the bowling attack in place of Matt Kunheman.

Meanwhile, the Indian team remains unchanged from the previous victory, with captain Suryakumar Yadav retaining the winning combination for this crucial clash.

Playing XI for both teams

India:
Abhishek Sharma, Shubman Gill, Suryakumar Yadav (Captain), Tilak Varma, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Jitesh Sharma, Shivam Dube, Arshdeep Singh, Varun Chakravarthy, Jasprit Bumrah

Australia:
