Jaipur: On the occasion of the 76th Rajasthan Police Foundation Day, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma made five significant announcements aimed at enhancing welfare for police personnel. The state-level event was held at the Rajasthan Police Academy (RPA), where the CM paid tribute to martyrs and took the ceremonial salute.
🔈 CM’s 5 Key Announcements:Uniform allowance for constables to ASI level increased to ₹8000 (from ₹7000).
Mess allowance for officers up to Inspector level raised to ₹2700 (from ₹2400).
Free travel for police personnel in semi-deluxe buses, in addition to express buses.
Establishment of a ₹200 crore Police Modernization and Infrastructure Fund.
10% hike in honorarium for Languria workers in police and jail departments.
Several police officers were awarded the Police Medal for Distinguished Service. A blood donation camp followed the ceremony, and in the evening, the Police Band Display was organized at Jawahar Circle. The Foundation Day serves as a reminder of the sacrifices and unwavering service of the Rajasthan Police.
