Continuous news of crimes against women is coming out in the country. Such news is heard daily from one state or the other. Now one such case has come from Thane city of Maharashtra. Here the incident of rape of a 17-year-old girl has been revealed. In this case, the victim's family has registered a case against four people. The police have registered a case and arrested three accused.
According to reports, this incident happened on the night of 6 October. Around 11 pm on this day, the girl was going with her brother between Majiwada and Saket in Thane city. During this time, four people threatened both of them and snatched their mobile phones. After this, the accused kidnapped the brother and committed the shameful act of raping his sister. They also warned the girl to face serious consequences if she told anyone about this. After this, the victim informed her family about this incident after reaching home.
Police have arrested these three people.
The family members complained to Kapurbawdi police station on Tuesday. Police took action on this and arrested three accused. Police have identified them as Yogesh Mallinge (21), Parshuram Lakade (28), and Omkar Patkar (22). The fourth accused Avinash Dhotre is still absconding. Police can arrest him soon.
