Thomas Skinner has updated fans on how his Strictly Come Dancing training is going, with the controversial star saying that he's "a lot better".
The 34-year-old has been wrapped up in a number of scandals during the build-up to Strictly. Thomas stormed out of interviews and snatched a journalist's phone earlier this month, before it was revealed that he had cheated on his wife weeks after their wedding in 2022.
Thomas was officially paired up with Amy Dowden during Saturday's launch show - however, fans weren't too happy with the coupling. Many took to social media to say that she deserves "a break" after being forced to pull out of last year's series while recovering from cancer.

"THEY ACTUALLY PUT AMY WITH HIM. Hasn’t she been through enough. WTF BBC #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing," one wrote on X. Another said: "why’d they do this to amy . #strictly."
Earlier today, Thomas told fans that he's doing "well" with professional partner Amy. "Have a wonderful Tuesday you lovely people," he wrote on X.
"It’s my Second week in the studio learning the dancing and I am a lot lot lot better than when I started. My strictly partner Amy is a brilliant teacher so we are doing well.
"Can’t wait for the live show this Saturday. Hope you all have a wonderful day and keep on going. Bosh."
After Saturday's launch show, Thomas took to X to rant about the backlash he has faced since signing up for the show - fuming that he 'won't be cancelled'.
"Life ain’t easy. I’ve been kicked down an called every name under the sun recently and probably some of it I deserve, as yes I ain’t always right," he wrote on X.
"But since I got invited to have a BBQ with JD Vance….its gone crazy. Certain people are doing everythin they can to ruin me. Mainly Faceless accounts givin it large and abusing me, hypocrites making everything political."
He added that he's "still standin" and that "very insult, every lie, every attack" makes him stronger. He continued: "I built what I got from nothing. I Slept on a pull-out bed on the floor for years cus I never had a bedroom. Weirdos write rubbish on Wikipedia about my upbringing that ain’t true, but they can’t take away what I’ve built with graft & fight.
"They call me a grifter, but all I do is work. Day in, day out, graft. And yes, all the political parties have come knockin wantin me to work with them from both the left and right. But I ain’t got no interest in that."
He concluded by saying that he won't be giving up and will "always stand shoulder to shoulder with the people who graft and struggle".
