This announcement comes months after Billie, 35, revealed she would be stepping away from her solo series Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries.
The show previously gave fans a glimpse into her life with husband Greg and their three children – Nelly, 10, Arthur, 7, and Margot, 3. The family made the decision to leave the cameras behind to prioritise their children’s privacy as they grow up.
Billie expained: "We always said that when Nelly goes to secondary school it’ll be time to call it a day. The kids are getting older and I want them to do whatever they want to do and not be worried about the pressure of filming."
By contrast, sisters Billie and Sam have been in the spotlight for years, ever since their stint on . Sam left TOWIE in 2016 to focus on her family and eventually her beauty business, Revive Collagen.
Meanwhile Billie stayed on TV screen with her series about family life at the Shepherd house, while taking on various business ventures in the fashion and lifestyle industries.
Now, after a short break, the pair are returning to showbiz on their own terms. Their new series promises to shine a spotlight on their next chapter as they navigate modern life while being businesswomen, mothers, and sisters.
Speaking about their upcoming series, an insider told the Daily Mail: "Sam has been making waves internationally with her brand, Revive Collagen… ITV sees this as the perfect moment to bring the sisters back together. Sam and Billie have always been ratings gold, and their new show promises to be bigger and better than ever."
The Faiers' announcement also coincides with the upcoming 15th anniversary of TOWIE, which originally launched both sisters into the spotlight.
Billie recently reflected on her time in Essex, saying: "I’m always so grateful for the TOWIE days. It was so much fun. Obviously, I was so young and I didn’t have children – I was pregnant with Nelly towards the end of the show and she was on as a newborn.
"My part in it was very low key – I never had a relationship on there, I didn’t have all the drama and it’s been amazing. I’ll be forever grateful for the opportunities on the back of that show."
