Meghan Markle fans convinced she 'doesn't age' as they learn how old she is now

Meghan Markle marks her 44th birthday today (August 4). The past 12 months have marked many major changes for Meghan, especially since the dawn of 2025, with the launch of her new Instagram account, lifestyle brand, as well as her Netflix cookery show.

But despite her busy year, and long-running rift with the Royal Family, she still looks incredibly fresh-faced despite turning another year older. People have flocked to social media to share their well-wishes and many also remarked on how youthful her appearance is.

One fan said she just "couldn't believe" how old she was due to her "baby face" and natural beauty. One gushed: "Meghan looks younger than me, and I'm 25."

A woman said that looking younger than you are is in "the genes". They added: "My daughter is almost 62, just gone through bowel cancer, never had Botox or anything in her life, doesn’t wear heavy makeup, and people think she’s around 35-40! I’m 87, and people think I’m around 76! It’s in the genes".

A third gushed: "It's official – Meghan Markle doesn't age." And a fourth asked: "How can Meghan be turning 44? She looks so young and fresh."

Others urged her to make a "skincare line" because "that face card is lethal" – and thankfully, Meghan has done just that.

In recent months, Meghan has opened up about her skincare routine. Netflix show – With Love, Meghan – shared a list of her must-have fashion and beauty favourites – and they include a 'glass skin' moisturiser available from Boots.

While many of Meghan's favourite products are expensive or only available to buy in the US, one product she recommends is the reasonably priced Collagen Jelly Cream from viral brand Medicube.
