‘IIW PANKHO KO UDNE DHO’ Award is to celebrate that Strength exhibited by Women in different roles, something that Inspires others to go a Step further, to venture into the Uncharted, and thereby bringing out the best in their role. We wish to acknowledge those who have worked behind the Limelight to bring a Big Change silently, the women who have transformed Lives and Impacted those around her.
Chief Guests to the event were Shrimati Manju Mangal Prabhat Lodha Author, Poet and Chairperson Lodha Foundation involved in innumerable programmes for the poor in healthcare, skill development and civic works and Padmashree Dr Soma Ghosh, Hindustani Classical Vocalist from Banaras Gharana and a Social Worker.

This houseful event touched many hearts as it left lasting impression. There were tears, joys, discussion, stories of struggle and of overcoming hardships.
The IIW Team behind the impactful execution were Ekta Saraff, Nilima Kasabia, Nandita Amre , Shilpa Balakrishnan and Host Asma Kapadia. Beautiful and the very talented Chandrayee Dutta mesmerised the audience with a contemporary dance and song.
