Usually, there is not much variety in breakfast food. It seems that we are getting to eat the same thing again and again. Today, we are going to tell you about a different dish. You can try it in between to overcome the monotony of eating. Here we are talking about a potato pancake. It looks as crispy from outside as it is soft like cotton from inside, and is full of delicious flavors of various vegetables. You can prepare it without much effort. Whoever tastes it once will not be able to stop themselves from falling in love with it. It will be included in the favorite list of children. It is not only delicious to eat but also healthy. Try making it instead of potato paratha.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 2 (boiled)
Curd – 40 grams
Semolina – 90 grams
Gram flour – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Water – 200 ml
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – a little
For tempering
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves – 2-3 sprigs
Chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Recipe
- First of all, put the potatoes in the mixer with water and make a paste. Now add curd, semolina, gram flour, salt, and water as per requirement and blend again.
- In this way, a thick solution will be prepared. Now add finely chopped onion, tomato, and coriander leaves to this solution and mix well.
- To prepare the Tadka, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, and chilli flakes and fry them.
- Add the prepared Tadka to the batter and mix. Now take a non-stick pan, apply a little oil, pour the batter with a spoon, and shape it into a pancake.

- Cook it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes and then turn it over and cook on the other side till it becomes golden brown.
- Serve hot potato pancakes with your favorite chutney or curd.
