According to digital finance experts, UPI Help represents a significant step toward building trust and efficiency in India’s booming fintech ecosystem. One of the most noteworthy aspects of UPI Help is its multilingual availability. Currently, it supports both Hindi and English, but NPCI plans to expand it to other Indian languages soon. Given that UPI accounts for nearly 85% of India’s total digital transactions, the addition of an AI-based support system like UPI Help is expected to further strengthen public confidence in cashless payments.
