BSEB 12th Board Exam: The Bihar Examination Board has issued an important notice for students appearing for the Intermediate Annual Examination Session 2026. The Board has stated that students who do not upload their signed dummy enrolment certificates to the Board's portal will not be permitted to apply for the examination or receive their admit card.
The head of the educational institution will provide the original enrolment certificates and examination application forms to all students. Students have been instructed to obtain the certificates and forms on time and be fully prepared to fill out the online application. The online application process will be open from September 19, 2025, to October 5, 2025, during which time it is mandatory for all students to apply on time.
Uploading of Dummy Enrolment Certificates is Mandatory
Students and their parents are required to upload their signed dummy enrolment certificates, along with the signature of the head of the educational institution, to the Board's portal. Students who do not upload the certificates will not be permitted to appear for the examination and will not be issued admit cards. All students are required to comply with this rule.
Procedure for Filling the Examination Application
Students must complete the application form in duplicate, as per their enlistment certificate, and submit it to the Principal. The Principal will sign and stamp one copy and return it to the students, while keeping the other copy. The Principal will also ensure that the information in the application is correct. After this, students can apply online until October 5, 2025.
Additional Time to Fill the Online Application
If, for some reason, a student is unable to complete the online examination application even after paying the fee, they are given an additional opportunity to complete the application. Such students can fill the online application within two days after October 3, 2025, i.e., until October 5, 2025. This will give the Principal of the educational institution two additional days to complete the applications for their students.
Note that the new subject scheme is applicable from the Intermediate Annual Examination, 2021. As per the new scheme, only those students can appear in the Intermediate Annual Examination, 2026 who are eligible as per the prescribed categories and eligibility rules.
