Home Bargains has launched a new Christmas decoration that looks very similar to a more expensive brand. The budget-friendly store is now stocking a light up paper snowman decoration for £7.99.
The retailer's looks just like a style from homeware brand The Worm That Turned, but at a fraction of the cost. Shoppers can snag the Home Bargains version for less than £8, while the carries a price tag of £42.95 online.
The two are very similar, with a paper design, structured body and matching classic snowman silhouette. Both decorations are battery operated with a light up option, and also feature built-in timer functions.

However, The Worm That Turned version stands slightly taller than Home Bargains' snowman. It also has magnetic clips to hold the concertinaed paper in place.
The Home Bargains product description reads: "Create a warm, Scandinavian inspired atmosphere with the Nordic Spirit Light Up Paper Snowman Decoration. This elegant paper snowman stands at approximately 50 x 30cm, making it a beautiful centrepiece for your festive decoration.

On The Worm That Turned website, the product description reads: "Give your home a little Scandi chic with these wonderful, glowing abstract light up Christmas Snowmen made from concertinaed synthetic paper. The Snowman are made in a durable synthetic paper material which folds out.
"There are magnetic clips to hold the concertinaed paper in place. Each Snowman has a static globe light and a 6 hour timer. The lights are battery operated, they take 3AA batteries."
The Worm That Turned Honeycomb Light Up Snowman Decorations is priced at £42.95 online, while Home Bargains' comes in at £7.99. This means shoppers could save almost £35 by opting for the budget version.
